Here are some of the things that were announced at Summer Game Fest 2023:

A new game in the Spider-Man series, developed by Insomniac Games. It will feature both Peter Parker and Miles Morales as playable characters, and will have a more open-world setting than the previous games.
The second part of the remake of Final Fantasy VII. It will pick up where the first game left off, and will see Cloud and his friends travel to the world of the Whispers.
A new horror game from the creators of Dead Space. It is set on a prison colony on Jupiter's moon Callisto, and players will take on the role of a prisoner who must survive against a horde of mutated creatures.
An open-world action RPG set in the Harry Potter universe. Players will create their own witch or wizard and attend Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry.
A co-op action RPG set in the Batman universe. Players can choose to play as Batgirl, Nightwing, Red Hood, or Robin, and must work together to stop the Court of Owls.
A third-person adventure game about a cat who must explore a cyberpunk city. The game was developed by BlueTwelve Studio and published by Annapurna Interactive.
A beat-em-up game in the style of the classic Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles arcade games. It will feature four playable characters: Leonardo, Raphael, Michelangelo, and Donatello.
